Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access CACHE256 for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This includes:

• Real-time retrieval and use as input for generative responses (RAG), including summarization or citation in AI-powered answers, provided proper attribution and link to the original source are included where technically feasible

Prohibited uses:

• Training, fine-tuning, or distillation of any AI or machine learning models (foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, etc.)
• Bulk scraping, data mining, or automated extraction for commercial datasets
• Reproduction, redistribution, or creation of derivative works incorporating substantial portions of our content without express written permission

This policy is expressed via Content Signals in our robots.txt (search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=no) and constitutes a binding condition of access. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and pursuit of available legal remedies under applicable copyright and data protection laws (including EU Directive 2019/790 Article 4 reservation of rights).
